I need help http_status_server_error when i try to log in

Hello every one ...I need help.
After the 10-4 maintenance, after the the update, my loader is acting funny.
The screen used to show latest announcement is no longer loading. And when I try to log into the game ...http_status_server_error pops out and tell me login failed and name and password cant not be found.

Please help....thank you very much.

What version are your Windows & Internet Explorer?

If you use Windows XP, I think you need to install Windows security update(include Service Pack) & latest Internet Explorer(8).

Man, I actually experienced this as well. I filed a ticket and I was told to re-download the game client. Well at first, what I did was i repatched the game. How? I removed the gameguard folder. I dont know, it usually works for me. Unfortunately this time it didn't work. LOL. So I made up my mind and followed them. I downloaded the game and assured myself that I removed all files related to Rohan before reinstalling it. WALAAAHH! It worked. HAHHA

Does anyone still experiences this kind of error? Actually, there are various ways on how to solve this concern. Also, our customer support usually gives out these information on how to solve it. Specifically speaking, the best way is to file a ticket and let them solve it and advise you about it.
