How old is Isen server?

Im a new player and Im looking for a server to play.. May I know how old this server is? What are the cons and pros of this server compared to Ran and Jin? Thanks!

Its like 6 months old roughly.
Pros - none
Cons - its dead, game mechanics broken

Ran/Jin gonna merge soon so comparing them don't matter. They started Jin as a fresh server a few years ago for people who didn't want to play with the pay to win weapons on Ran but recently announced they merging them anyhow because they want to screw over the Jin players...thats the kind of nice folk who run this game.
Pros - none
Cons - its barely alive because Philipino servers just closed and transferred here otherwise it'd be dead, game mechanics still broken, its more expensive to play then Isen if you want to be decent.
