Item Transfer Problem
there is a problem in merged inventory to char. inventory transfers
i transfer all my item from merged inventory to my inventory some of my item disappear when i transfer it :

here are the item that disappear during transferring

Extreme Club +12 1 pcs
Artisan Aquamarine V+15 1 pcs
Artisan Spinel V+15 1 pcs




please gm help me to retrieve my item

Atzigan: No bankruptcy happened. Contract ended, and no renewal was made. LevelUp merged to AsiaSoft which is one of the biggest publishers in South East Asia.
Users from Philippines did spend money for some of their equipment which was revenue generated towards Playwith Interactive kr.

SO IT MEANS ALL ITEMS FROM PH SERVER (CLUB WITH OP OPTIONS THAN EPIC/UPG, RING+50....) WILL BE TOTALLY TRANSFERRED TO RAN AND JIN. Done for RANand JIN. Two servers with different standards of options are merged.
