    can those Armors go to over+12 or its already maxed out at +12

    You can go over +12 on Ran. Not on Jin/Isen.

    yes, they work like any other armor you forge, so technically you can + it as much as you want as long it succeeds, but anything past 14 is very hard on Ran.
