Sealing Character Error

I keep getting an error when i try to seal one of my characters but i cant figgure out the problem, has anyone got this error before and if yes what should i do to seal my character?

Error: ''You cannot seal with items in the auction''

check your consignment npc in town for any items you might be selling or items in storage from that npc

done that, theres nothing in there, still gives same error lol
