Isen or Ran, jin is totaly dead.

Isen is more beginner friendly because what passes as end game gear can all be bought with crones in games, but Isen has no pvp at the moment really because it's pretty broken. Ran has more pvp but getting gear is very expensive if you are new, Jin is extremely broken and dead. So, either Ran or Isen depends on you spending capacity and if you like pvp.
