There is not a chance that PlayWithi can (or would) move your virtual goods from the PH game for the following reasons.
    1. They do not own and cannot access Rohan PH servers. To PlayWith Interactive, the Rohan PH was nothing more than a legal private server.
    2. Moving your OP stuff from Rohan PH would totally unbalance these servers and destroy playing for the people already here.
    3. In order to move virtual goods from one server to the next, both servers must match 100%. iRohan and Rohan PH have diverged a LOT since and do not match in the least. and with (1) there is not a hope in hell of that ever happening.
    4. PlayWith Interactive does not care in the least how much money you spent on Rohan PH any more than they care how much money players have spent here. They want you spend money here. Period. Moving your stuff here (even if it were possible -- it is not) would not entice you to spend the money re-building your characters here.
    5. With the invitation you received, you were not promised anything more than the players that have been here for more than 6 years enjoy. This is not Rohan PH it is R.O.H.A.N. : Blood Feud also known as iRohan. Completely different server. Completely different owners.

So xbLeyd is perfectly right in saying "Not a chance". It is not trolling - it is a fact.

I do agree with you that if PlayWith Interactive wants the PH players, they will need to remove their IP blocks. Those blocks were put in place to force PH players to play closer to home at the request of the Rohan PH operators so they would have a chance to become established and grow. It is no longer needed and should be removed -- if they remember how.
    Counterpoints:

    1. Given how the interface looks like, they will have database-level access to the PH servers to verify existence of said characters for transfer. As YNK owns PlayWith, they see Rohan PH as a Licensed server they have full control over.
    2. The interface shows only a single form for the primary weapon used by the player owner. This may be only a verification form, but IF it is used as the only thing a Rohan PH player can transfer, it will still be quite an infusion of decent quality items:

The following are bundled weapon sets from the last two promos involving Glacial weapons.
    https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1771774&type=1
    https://www.facebook.com/rohanph/pos...52279792391775

    The following are
6 weapons with stats taken from http://live.levelupgames.ph/wp-conte.../UPDATED21.jpg
and another 6 weapons from http://live.levelupgames.ph/wp-conte...2013/02/21.jpg

A major factor in the OP power levels in Rohan PH was not on the above weapons, but the costume sets; the last 2 links above show stats given to costume sets; while a cursory look at the Rohan PH page shows the average equipment level required. This ties in with points 3 and 4, that PlayWith/YNK, having control over Rohan PH databases for at least comparison purposes, CAN insert the weapons, but will not care about consumables, which is where they can earn a lot of their money in the first place. Even if they insert accessories and armors, most players are coming here with Bedron sets that barely match a good Glacial set, and thus will have to invest anyway to catch up, while their current sets are "good enough" to survive for the meantime.

However, the fact that YNK does have final say over how Rohan is run regardless of server renders 5 moot. If they say the inventories can't be transferred but the equipped items can, then it's not the transferring players' problem, since YNK will prefer that players spend on consumables in PK and upgrading items (they're coming in to a server that has some potential for upgrading) than discouraging them completely from infusing their presence into the game economy and thus as a potential source of income.

i do not live in the Philippines. Do you have a copy of the written message PlayWith Interactive sent to players of Rohan PH saying they will do this?

While merging database records is possible IF iRohan has a FULL copy of the PH database and there are no conflicts and there is an EXACT match between item ids between the two servers, I am not betting on that. Frankly I just can't see Playwith making any such kind of offer.

I also think that players here would have something to say about the all the PH players coming here with all of their stuff.

Hey guys, let's clarify a couple things!

We are unable to make transfers of cash items as that is information from Level Up Games.
However, what we were able to do is obtain all character information and this is what we have offered to Philippine players to come back and play where they left off:

Upon filling out the registration form you will be able to obtain:
Your Character with the same Level, Race, Job and Experience it previously had.
The items that were equipped in your character (Excluding Costumes).
A fixed amount of crones depending on how many crones you possessed.
Your Level 6 Stones depending on what skills were improved

We will only migrate your character, with the items equipped, no other items on your bank or inventory will be migrated.
If you had the Armor of Bloodwar equipped, this armor will also be transferred as it is essentially a Bedron set.
Only 1 character will be able to be migrated and this means, your highest level character.
    Migrations start on November 5th.

You must fill out the form with accurate information that validates your ownership of the Philippines account.
If information is inaccurate we will not migrate the character you claim its yours.
It is only one account per account.
You must input a valid email address as we will notify you once your character migration has been made.

There is no fee for this service, the only fee is patience.
There is no IP block for the Philippines as our contract with Level Up Games ended.
Also, characters migrated will only be able to join in Ran or Jin. Isen server will not accept migrations but players will receive items upon joining.

    > The items that were equipped in your character (Excluding Costumes).

So Weapon + Armor + Accessories are a yes? What about Earrings and Glasses, are these considered costumes as well?

    > A fixed amount of crones depending on how many crones you possessed.

Is it correct that this will be based on how many crones the character has on hand given that no treasury items are to be transferred?

    > If you had the Armor of Bloodwar equipped, this armor will also be transferred as it is essentially a Bedron set.

There are at least 18 sets of Armor of Bloodwar that are based off Glacial sets. Would it be correct to presume that they will be converted into Glacial sets in iRH as well?

Looks like we'll gonna welcome new folks here ^^

Welcome Rohan Philippines. see you in guys in the game
I heard you were in the Isen server but I would rather to see you in the old server with your old character.

Thank you for posting that Atzigan!

At folks living in the Philippines unable to fill in the form:

The block is for those people NOT from the Philippines trying to fill out the form. For instance I cannot since I do not live there.

If you live in the Philippines and can NOT access the transfer form, be sure you de-activate any proxy or VPN you might be using.
VPN and proxy connections confuse the Playwith web form into thinking you are not really in the Philippines. Turn them off before trying to access the transfer page.
