i submitted ticket october 4th. here it is 3 weeks later.. whats up????? yall say dont reply to ticket it wil get put at bottom of que..

i havent replied to it so it shudnt have gotten put at bottom of que.. this ticket was escalleted to proper department ( teir 2 restoration )

so why is it that my ticket from 3 weeks ago that was sent to teir 2 hasnt been completed yet but my ticket that was sent to teir 2 that i sent on oct 17 (View Ticket: #214509) was completed first.

both ticket were both sent to teir 2 restoration.. but ticket submited 2 weeks later already items restored.. but ticket from 3 weeks ago yall just ignore?? whats up????
