i see the Halloween BOGO Sale! it says i can get the second for free if i buy the 30 days pet feed today. so i buy one but there is no another one occur.

As far as I know, you can get the Bonus Items 2 days after your purchase. So if you bought 2 pet feeding bag on 10-22-2014, you will get it on 10-24-2014.
