Atleast level 30
Buckler
Katar
Deadly Katar
Finish Azma's quests : Bet, Another Bet and Clean

Quest that needs to be done:

Azma's Quests:

Bet [10]

Kill in Hermit's Hideout :
10 Brave Gnollman
Reward: Light Crow or Splendor Zhen and EXP

Another Bet [20]

Kill in Haillok's Memorial :
5 Skeletal Guardsman
5 Skeleton Archer
5 Skeletal Phalanx
Reward: Thunder Ulrak or Billow Sadique and EXP

Clean [30]

Note: You'll probably need a party to help here or buffs if you want to do it solo. [Almighty and Mental Barrier]
Kill in Haillok's Memorial :
19 Specter
19 Haxan Cavalry
1 Vairokan

Actual Quest:

Katar of Destiny: Damats Heartwell
- Talk to Damats Heartwell
- He is going to ask you to bring something to Hizino
- Buy a Buckler (It doesn't say Buckler but it's Buckler trust me.)
- Bring the Buckler to Hizino
- He is going to tell you that Azma is trying to make Monned's Katar
- Buy the ingredients from Hizino (Katar and Deadly Katar)
- Bring Azma the Katar and Deadly Katar

Reward(choose 1):

Agility : +7
Health Absorbtion : +2%
Mana Absorbtion : +2%
Accuracy : +3
Melee Attack : +3%

*Exdurandal Charr
Agility : +7
Health Absorbtion : +2%
Mana Absorbtion : +2%
