npc ruil removed???

What happened to players who previously had unused Spirit Stones?
The users that had previously unused Spirit Stones have received Tokens so they can redeem these spirit stones on the NPC Ruil inside the Crafting Studio.

where is he at now? was the npc only up for a limited time ( that wasn't announced ) and was supposed to trade in all our tokens before npc gone?

NPC Ruil was removed from the Crafting Studio during our last maintenance. Due to not announcing this beforehand, we have now placed NPC Ruil back to his original place in the Crafting Studio till Friday 10/3/2014.
