lvl 7 evo does nothing for a vit dekan except reduce cooldown. There is no HP bonus going from 6 to 7 -- unless PWi managed to change that in the last couple years while I wasn't looking.
There is nothing noble about being superior to others. True nobility is gained by becoming superior to one's former self.

I usually go for the looks with my chimera armors, but faking Tina insist on using Sd armor which looks like enchanted pluion, or show the ugly ass mass rapist trench coat.

I bought it for the pvp...and it was super fun for a while...but then patch after patch they add a bunch of stupid lame pve crap and practically nothing for pvp so it just got stale fast.
