    Items Purchased on Website Item Mall are Not Delivered

    Dear GM,

    Game: Seal Online
    Server: Duran
    Character Name: Comi

    I purchased 8 Black Rune Stone in Sep 17th on the item mall online, but I got nothing in my bank till now. And the RPs are reduced...

    Then, I tried again today, buying another 2 BRS online. But I still get nothing in my bank! Another 600 RPs are gone.

    I am totally confused. It there anything wrong with my account? Please help and reply. Thank you!

    Do you have enough slots in the bank? If you don't then that might be the problem. make empty slots in the bank and wait again

    When you are buying an item make sure that your character is online and make some space or slots on your bank to prevent from failing to receive the items
    The thing I hate the most is to trample on other people's good will.
