Consignment Dealer Issues?

Every time I attempt to look for anything at all on the consignment dealer, my searches turn up with zero results. I remember back in the day when I played Rohan, the consignment dealer was always loaded with things.

Is there something wrong with it?

back in the day people used to play rohan .... now ...... search the forums u will come to conclusion :P
