Newbie! Is rohan worth playing without RP

Just looking generally into this game but not going to be spending money on rp to get gear, is the game still worth playing? Can I get gear without the need to buy it on em?

Its possible but really hard. You can also sell stuff on the EM to make ecash (rp with less purchasing power) so give it a shot!

Its possible but really REALLY hard. You can also sell stuff on the EM to make ecash (non-purchased exchange money with only about 1/4-1/3 purchasing power of RPs).

You won't know if it is worth your while unless give it a try and decide for yourself.
If it works for you, great!
If it doesn't... you would know why for yourself and seek suitable alternatives.

Everybody has their own reasons for playing here or moving on. You have to make your own mind up what it is you are after here.
