GM please, fix my char, i got rollback

I got rollback in date : 29 august 2014, about 04:00 WIB Indonesia (GMT+7)
I lost Fate(H).XG+6, Fate(T).XG+6, Fate(B).XG+6, Fate(S).XG+6 and 4 Diamonds.
My nickname in game is "Tokyolite"
I got lost that things after i trade Fate(H).XG+6, Fate(T).XG+3, Fate(B).XG+3, and Fate(S).XG+3 with "Ntridayz" in elim.
After that, i refine my HTBS untill all of them +6. so i put it on my bank. after that, i bought 4 diamonds in elim. and take my HTBS fate.xg+6 in elim bank, and teleport command to zaid. i chat "/zaid"
and then in zaid i re-login
After relogin, im in elim again and lost my items

update from the seller (Ntridayz). he still have my cegel from trade. only HTBS and 4 diamond that lost
