Red Fire Bug/Cheat please ban him with his IP

as you can see i bought one Red Fire orb for Refining. the normal Red Fire orb is written like this : Red Fire(Fire) not only Red Fire and it's can NOT appraised. You can see at the Screenshot image that the Red Fire is unappraise. i tried to use it for refine assuming that it's only visual bug but it says incorrect blablabla and it's A cheat item. Mostly is DUPLICATED item. PLEASE BAN him/her and his IP as well.

PS: i bought one from different person but after i realized it was fake he already gone..

He's not a hacker or whatever.
The item is like that due to the grabbit bug. I've got 2 of them myself but sadly I can't use it.

Most of the items you get from grabbit will have "Unappraised" on it. No matter what kind of item it is.
