    New NPC

    My question might be dumb but still. Where do i find NPC Ira Trance Frenci Oriana Avan etc.? (and also is it posible to get newbie seal if i didnt notice i already had one in my eq and it got delated?)

    For the seal, no u cant get another one. NPCs are located in crafting studio ^^

    Nope, u cant have 2 talismans/charms of the same elemnent in Inventory thats why u couldnt obtain the 20 lvl one...
