Wth, way to screw over the eastern half of the U.S. That's 3am for us for the one and 3pm for the other. Why would you think holding them at MidNight and Noon are a good idea. I'd go back to the 7 & 7 time slots, it's alot more workable with most people's time zone's. Or at least switch up a couple of the days during the week to so they're not always at the same times everyday, it would make it available to more players that way.

its a event where u can get badge for hero armor or in new server buy ítems (badge Exchange mall)

It's a rather fun event. It's a group PvP battle. You randomly get assigned on either Red or Blue team when you enter. You can not see names of players on the other team or talk in guild chat/whisper to communicate. You can only talk to your own team in all chat while in there, other team can not see what you say. Anyway the object is to kill stationary mobs and players on the other team to earn points. Team with the most points at the end of 20mins wins. It's fun when teams are split up equally gear wise, however some people stack the deck by going to char screen to try to re-enter so they can get on the team with their guildies. That's the simplest explanation without me having to go into more details. Oh the winning team gets more Power Badges which can be used to purchase special gear, for example skill defense armor.
