In this new server the items users can obtain can reach up to Rank 6 via Item Drop or Recycle System.

We'll provide 10% for crones, 20% item mall and a few 30% in the Game Parlor

Soulstones will not reach above VII, we will even only release VI

So how it will be balanced if every class will use ~40% melee/ranged/magic(rank 6 drop) glacials and they will have to face a templar with tali/chimera club +12 with :
Ash'kelen's Spirit Stone VI : ATT Power - 35% Attack
Khassar's Spirit Stone VI : ATT SPD - 35% Attack Speed
Khassar's Spirit Stone VI : Mobility - 35% Mobility
Ash'kelen's Spirit Stone VI : Critical - 10% Critical Chance
Khassar's Spirit Stone VI : DMG Drop - 38% Damage Drop

and 30%melee, magic, almighty scrolls.

How is it any better then Jin atm?

How did u know that rank 6 drop means 40%? And atzigan said they didn't decide yet if they will put 30% "you should have posted the whole post". As well as saying that the chimera /tali weapons will have reduction on their stats.

I never heard that weapons are ranked.

But lets say you are right. I'd then say that other characters like dhans/rangers/scouts/pred would as well have chimera/tali weapons.

Dekans would do less dmg actually if its rank 6 good idea but still their dffs needs to be nerfed a lil more.

Priests/defs would be less tanky, so other characters can kill them.

In general, if its a pty vs pty, if you killed their priests temps would die easy. If its 1vs1, lets say a dhan vs a temp, both have same chimera/tali weapons anyone of them would win, is gona depend on skills. If the dhan chooses to have a glacial which can reach 41 42 dd If im right, then he chooses to be more tanky, i'd say dhan will take down the temp.

And for the dmg if those int on the tali/chimera got decreased by 50/60 points, they will for sure do less dmg. That's beside the 20%scrolls, i'd say temps will most likely with emp and 10%crits do 3-4k dmg 6kcrit, throw obligation 1.5k dmg 3.5k crit. Pretty much stable.

Toned Down Gear(forged gear lol)
In Ran and Jin players can obtain items that are up to Rank 10. (Item Ranking system is a feature not available in our version however the gear stats are unlimited to Rank 10) In this new server the items users can obtain can reach up to Rank 6 via Item Drop or Recycle System.

Its just not showed in our version.

If they want balance they can't release crafted soulstones(any) and nerf forged gear(glacials mostly) so much at the same time. Even so in their survey ppl complained about crafted gear being superior to forged they still nerf forged gear so much and do what? yeah no 55% attack stones vs 68% glacials, but 35% attack vs 40% glacials lol.

Well here is what im thinking about atm.
If they decreased the points vit/attack/int in those weapons it will be much less damage even with those VI stones. I'd say that they should remove the mobi stones to leave the chance for rangers to be in the field. but yeh I believe the 40% with 41+dd is yet to be better than chimera/tali for certain classes

Rofl couldn't agree more, that's what I've been saying right from the beginning. Notice your estimated value of 40% glacials, which is what I was assuming they'd be too, is exactly what the original stat cap was if I remember correctly. For anyone who can't see why we'd assume this number 68% max / 10 ranks = 6.8% per rank, so rank 6 would be 40.8% max if rank 1-10 is a linear increase in power. In other words...if you cried about stat caps, which was almost everyone with their original implementation, and then you go play on this server, LOLOLOLOL @ YOU.

This server will be almost exactly like Jin was just around the time they released chimera weapons, only all the builds that used a glacial will be nerfed and templars will remain the same. Anyone that played Jin around that time knows templars were OP...so they leave templars where they were and nerf everything else lol.

Where did you get that info about chimera being nerfed...sure it was said there probably won't be 55% attack/45% speed stones with no maxes announced...but it was also said that

Chimera Weapons, Armor, Accessories etc. will be available for purchase via crones (No they will not be deleted). They can however be changed to a higher tier weapon or armor in-game. This will be announced at a later date. If Armor Reinforcement Stones are of your concern they will also potentially be available via Power Badge Exchange mall but this is yet to be confirmed.

Even if the stones are capped at 35%...that is still way more attack on a templar then anyone else gets either from a craft or forged weapon, plus the base stats apparently are even going to be higher then a chimera.

Oh kids, kids, if you want a balance, then they have to make seperate server with new client and new game code, what is now is everything well-connected to current client which means, same IM/same EM gonna be here, nothing will be balanced, also boss drops and every same crap will be here... They are just going to to pull the wool over your own eyes
