Stuck at Character Select

Every time im select my character, its always dc or hang at the character select screen over and over again. any one can help me? after dc my gameguard became error.

same problem here. . .
i did re install my seal online and nothing change the error.
i also try to use my file from my computer that got no problem at all,and still the same result .
well, i don't know what the hell is going on with this issue.
but i will be great if you can fix it fast

Same problem here, stuck at character select, when i choose my character it will be disconnect from server,i try again and hang at the character screen, how should i do???

fyi, i installed the whole new client, update it separately, still stuck at character select
