Purchase Item mall Problem

Hello,

I've problem in purchase Item mall
In 1 July 2014 I made a purchase of :

-Robe of Radiance.XG(T)
-Robe of Radiance.XG(B)
-Shoes of Radiance.XG

And still haven't get it untill now, maybe when I purchase via website I'm in-game.
For my next purchase of Gold Word of Blessing - (3 Hr) and [Magic] Bobbed Hair - 30 Days
I've received it immediately when I purchase it.

Please help me get back my Radiance set or RPS.

First of all. You need to be offline to purchase the XG items on the site. IF you weren't logged off when you were purchasing, same with pets. Your RPs and items will not go through, therefore wasting your RPs.

Cash items will immediately go through as they don't go into your Bank.

Indeed, I wasnt logged off back then. GM has investigating this issue, hopefully I can get my XG items back faster.

Its not funny to get it while I'm lv 200 already lol.

I had this problem not logging off while going Grabbit.

Sent GM a ticket, they should solve within 2 weeks longest
