Hello!
Since I see you don't get any help on the forums... Did you send a ticket to them? Sometimes it's faster and more effective than the forums. Send a ticket giving them all the info you can and I'm sure they'll fix it. Click here.

I have has the same problem with you guys and guess what? they told me to send an email to another links and yes I did third mails already but still nothing happen now the Inventory of my characters will fully of quest.
Errrrr.
