    I can't receive my item mall stuff!!!!!!!

    I bought an abysmal egg via seal online official website. I purchased it successfully.But,when i enter the game, i didnt find the abysmal egg in item mall bank. PLease help !!!

    Same thing happened to me as well. I bought some Soul Rune Stones and doesn't appear in bank. They somehow managed to mess up the item mall.

    same thing here. I bough heaven egg and it doesn't appear in my bank. and when I asked gm to put it in my bank/ give my rps back. they don't acctually. in past 3 days Im really confuse n mad cuz Im missing my money.
