Quest error

hi, i'm just a newbie.

when I'm level 20, i go to Ehres harbor entrance to take quest : To level 20 adventurers. I talk with NPC : Newbie's helper. Then i got notthing in my bag.

I see the quest completed but dont receive reward, the reward for that quest is : growth seal 7 day, add 100% exp gain for solo player.

i'm a newbie and want to get that reward item for lvl up, please help me fast.

Hi ! If you finished the quest and you already have the novice aventurer talisman from the Tutorial in your inventory, the other will disappear, cause you can't stack them together. You have to delete the 8h talisman and then take the 7 days from Newbie helper.

But you already claim the prize... Maybe try a ticket if you really need it.
