Often seen in East Sealed Island at about 1.00am (Jakarta time). I met him 3 times, I think nobody has reported him yet. If the proof is not clear, just tell me, I'll take another screenshot next time I meet him. But if u visit East sealed Island around that time, you'll likely to find him.
