Help~~My Yulson's Burning Tail. DG can't trade

I brought two Yulson's Burning Tail. DG cause I have two character. Then I found it can't be traded, saved into my bank or dropped. What I can do is just wear it on, off and refine. Is that all the DG stuff is bind on aquire or equip as WOW?

I will be very appreciate if anyone can tell me something about that.

Yulson gears were NEVER meant to trade. They weren't even meant to be tradable/sellable. Hackers do what they gotta do.
