Low Stats bug

So I have noticed and realised on many of the rohan servers that peoples have been complaining about having low stats except there main stat this is a bug that needs to be fixed I had a level 66 dekan that had 15 stats everything except str which kinda annoyed me cause I couldn't wear any good armor and wep that I wanted Plz Fix this bug
