    So my characters are gone

    Hey,
    so today i decided to start playing seal online again after taking a break for a few months
    but after downloading the client and patching the game i realized that ALL my characters are gone,
    i've got 3 accounts and they're all empty now,
    Is this normal or am I just unlucky?
    I don't plan on starting all over so if there's no way to get back my characters i'll just uninstall it.
    Any help would be appreciated
