can someone help me out here i just made my lvl 62 zhen yesterday in the forge event n i delvl it to lvl30 i put it in my exchange inventory and today its gone i NEVER took it out, is this a bug???????i cant reach no GM

Send the GMs a ticket through support@ynkinteractive.com and see what they say.

They don't seem to know much about this issue. About a month ago I bought something and never received the item, I think to this day it still hasn't been put into my EM inventory.
