Big5 bugged items

It seems like some items on the Big5 are impossible to get.
I've been talking with people and they told me they also couldn't win these items.
Here are some of the items:

- Crafted Weapon Soul Stone VI Pack.
- Mind and Body Stone.
- Premium Preservation Stone.
- Crafted Armor & Weapon Soulstone Random Box.

There might be some more items out there, so I hope you guys can take a look at them and see why they are bugged and fix them

They are not bugged at all. Items that can be traded in game always have a de-facto higher value thus generating more tickets in the result pool.

As far as p pres goes I have won them a few times.

Well, it's not just me and more people had issues with these items.
The P.Pres Stone might be ok, I dunno (still think it's bugged), but a friend of mine had an error while rolling these items and had to send a ticket to get it reimbursed (He had no ticket nor reward on the "Game Parlor History").
So yeah, some of them are bugged and needed to be fixed (and as I said, there might be other items too).

Ah perhaps you should have said that you did not receive the item instead of not win it. Because when I see not winning I assume you mean all you get is tickets.

Some items give you the error when they are obtained like those stones for chimera/craft weapons.
