It is NOT photoshopped. They're level 50, and the color changes. The original feather is gold, the wood feather is purple. Crafted, grade A, tradeable. At +6 it's better than a ruler, +8 would be higher than 60 allstats and 350 atk.

lol. Personally, I consider that only feathers are worth reinforcing . In a few days there will be posts with mad ppl who lost rulers/bezes.

Requesting the forging, I understood that u need to use 2x boss drop to get 1 x upgraded boss drop/boss drop. I think that the 50 and 90% stones should be placed in the recycle system. After you get 1 reinforced boss drop it should be boosted like all normal grade A rings?

Exactly.

A ruler becomes a crafted ring with +60 allstats +220atk that you can reinforce like an insurgent after the recycle process.

I also turns out to be a lvl50 ring tradeable.
