When i talk to Jack he didnt give me the "militia entrance exam" quest, but still saying: "what are u doing in the middle of a quest" which is told after taking the quest, this makes me stuck on 4hero quest.. Please Help Fix the bug

*Note: already 3 people try opening my Id n do the quest but they said it hopeless
