my character stuck at unison

my character was stucked during log in at unison market, i encountered echnical error and pop up an application error stated " the instruction 0x004b5178 referenced memory. the memory could not be read. "

someone can helm me to solve this issue ?

really need some help , so if anyone now how to solve this problem please helm me
