I SUGGEST YOU OPEN A NEW LINE, WHICH HAS NO RELATION TO LINE 1. LET SOME PEOPLE GO THERE, START FROM THERE.

I would like to suggest you install LATENCY OPTIMIZER.. google it!!
it has free trial i guess and if it helps you, you might want to buy their product.

Your suggestion is to add more server which mean more cost for them, and it's unlikely to be done in this few months. Unless if they got increment of their revenue margin (i guess)
in the mean time, try to fix what you are able to. (change internet provider?)
