My Character cannot enter ice castle

before major update yesterday, my character is fine
but since major update my character cannot enter ice castle anymore,
whenever i kill "mini bell" it show notofication says "you have failed the quest"
but i never take any ice castle quest yet
i confuse how to enter there

2. My Eyes supposedly has Ms. Chastity, but on my screen its just a normal big eyes. However, when i asked the other players, the said my eyes using Ms. Chastity on their computers.
3. I have relog and uninstall my games for few times still doesnt work.
