Yeah he has a terrible reputation (depends who you ask it could go from bad to really fking bad fast)

Seal online's player base is mostly indonesian/thai players. This is mainly due to pc bang benefits offered by YNK. You might have a hard time finding people to train with because of the time difference (assuming you are in NA/EU)

I am not sure if seal's servers are in cali with Playwith Interactive. The gaming company who makes all of these titles starts in korea so it could be hosted there.

Most of the NA people play rohan not seal XD

Seal is not a new game... they just had a server wipe IIRC. And yes I have raidcall.
