Can't play

Whenever i try play the game it crashes. I get to the character selection screen and after i pick my character i can't log it in. I get an error message saying that rohan has encountered a problem and needs to close....

Any ideas what the problem might be? Any suggestions?

clean registry/browser history, if that doesn't help ask again
