User ID and PW problems! help.

When i enter my ID and switch to PW field , atomaticaly deletes ID login.. same when try to switch from PW to ID ... also auto deleting password ? what's that ? how can i fix it ?

Assuming this is for when you're logging into the game. Could be a client error. Uninstall the game and reinstall. Never heard of anything like this before o.O

I already reinstaled it 3 times still the same :< and have no idea how to fix it

That's really bizarre. All I can suggest would be to send a ticket. Click on the blue link in my sig to be taken to the support site. I hope the problem gets resolved.
