    laggs, delays, whats wrong

    so prolly since last maintenance got freezing lags, delays and ****loads of dc´s.
    what ive heared about other ppl its not only me got those problems. so whats wrong & are u going to fix it soon ?!

    Yep, I'm kinda glad now I'm not only one lol. Never had such delays, it's like every few secs 5-6 sec delay so weird, and then followed by dc ofc :S It's not my connection, just Rohan being gay.
    Fix plox

    Same problems to me and some friends. Can´t play like this.

    There was same problems 3-4 weeks ago after maintenance 03/26/2013, when login-error showed up aswell. They fised it during emergancy-maintenance 04/03/2013.

    Now same problems are back. Transmission rate to high.

    Transmission rates:

    normal Internet-Pages (like ebay, Aion...) => 100 kb/sec
    Rohan-Page => 1 MB/sec

    other Game (like Aion) => 1 MB/sec
    Rohan-Game => 10 MB/sec

    Thats why people have laggs, delays and disconnecting.

    GMs SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'll see if I can get that looked into, but that's really odd. While I understand you're not the only people encountering this issue, there are plenty of others who are having no problems at all.

    Since you're not a frequent forumer, I'll be nice and break down what I am capable of, and why your post is just painfully naive.
    I can:
    -Pass such information to higher-tier GM's.
    -Get tickets re-investigated given an account ID and ticket number.
    -Moderate the forums with administrative tools.

    I cannot:
    -Read your mind.
    -Know what tickets you may or may not have sent.
    -Immediately diagnose all problems pertaining to the game.
    -Immediately resolve all problems related to the game.
    -Promise any fixes of any kind, especially when I do not know what the problem is.
    -Gain access to support, development, or server tools needed to potentially resolve bugs or other issues.
    -Fix your connection to the servers (there's a connection problem occurring SOMEWHERE between you and Playwith).

    I am not obligated to:
    -Solve or attempt to solve any given problem occurring with your client.
    -Actually care whether or not you are able to log into the game.
    -Contact Playwith representatives and get the issue investigated by contacting higher-ranks in the company directly so this problem which includes many players is resolved.
    -Bypass player support by performing any of the above to maximize player retention in-game and keep everyone happy.
    -Get involved with any affairs pertaining to those that occur in-game which do not involve forum moderation.

    With the above in mind, please re-consider your response and your generic attitude towards me. I do this on my own accord because I do indeed care about the game and its players. While I understand the frustration, keep in mind I have no methods of actually fixing this myself but will forward this appropriately should you want me to. If you wish to protest my services, then by all means I can make sure you do not get included in any efforts to resolve the issue.

    k, so i noticed this issue aswell.
    everywhere i go im just fine, but as soon as i acces upper gratt(use to npc to port me there) i get lag like crazy with 2-3sec delays on everything. its as if someone or something in there is spamming me with packages, making me lag like crazy. Even at summoning event when gms spam mobs like crazy i have less lag than in upper atm.
    maybe this is something u can look into?

    ps: i also noticed rohan's memory usage isnt rly consistent, sometimes it takes 300MB to run while atm 1 client takes 1.2GB to run(and it keep rising)? no idea whats up with that, but ye

    So I contacted my internet provider (German Telekom).
    The tell me my line is absolutely alright and there in Rohan are the only problems here is it presumably be on the server.

    Pleas GM`s fix that
