    hitting 71 dd is way different then hitting 8x-9x dd, the diff between 70 and 80 is a much bigger diff, then say 60-70. 75% dd is enough, cap it there and lets move on. maybe you have noticed it too iceyy but that extra 10 % from 70-80 just leaps ahead in dmg negation.
