Hey um so like Im having a problem being able to log into my account on Solace/ Shielyn. Every time I try I get as far as the char log in screen and then it tries to load into the game but all of a sudden the whole thing disappears. But the thing is, I don't have any problem when I load/ play my other account on Divinity.

Any ideas/ suggestions as to what may cause this?
