Why I cannot learn job skills?

Hi, do I need any special items or do any quests to learn job skills? My character has already over LVL10 and I cannot learn any skills except Great Sword Combo, other job skills present in Black and White.

Could anyone help here?

you need specific lvls in order to get the skills (every lvl giving you 1 skill point, which you can allocate to skills within your lvl range), to get to the second skill tree, you need to be lvl 50 as well as having your jobchange quests done for the specific class you want to play;
