When both of my characters fainted during the battle, it kicked me off the server. When I tried to resume the game, it wouldn't let me. Now both of my characters have an issue with connecting to the server. HELP?

So after I restarted my laptop, it doesn't give me the message saying "can't connect to the server" instead, it's frozen. This game needs a lot of patience huh..... ah.... I hate that.

by the way, after I faint my HP is like 1/4. Is there any place you know that the NPC fully restores your health?

No, only by using hp potions/elixirs/teardrops/healskills or sit down for faster regeneration.
