Antiviruses are for noobs and that goes double for avast

You seem to be obsessing about noobs for some weird reason!

I do not use any hacks!
I have contacted gameguard, and ALL they told me, was to unistall avast, which I am NOT going to do!!

I havee now uninstalled avast, and still the game will not get past the gameguard error!

Have you turned off all of your firewalls and anti-virus software?

Also load the game directly from the client itself instead of the loader and see if that works.

I have tried all of this.
It is a gameguard error, not a game error!

Hello everyone,
I had the same nasty problem or very similar to it.
But I've just solved it right now.
So if you are using win 7 try to change the compatibility to run the game under win XP SP2
and for win XP SP3 users try to run the game under win 98/ME
I hope that may help.

Gameguard told me it was avast, but I just uninstalled zonealarm, and now the game works!
