Syze this is all configurable in the admin panel under the usergroups and profile/gallery options. Scroll down about halfway and you will find them.

While you are looking in there, can I please ask you to increase the avatar sizes for the registered users to at least 100x100? Please?? I have hundreds of avatars that size and the 80x80 size makes too much detail become muddled in them.
