Can't change character name

I've tried it several times now and with different accounts, but every time I select a character with the #OU tag name, it won't let me rename it.



I can delete it, but even if I confirm the 'more than 10 items' message, if I try to input the new name again, it just gives me the same message as if I was trying to seal the character.

Hi guys i hade the same problem and i submited a ticket and they helped me in a few secondes if u have the same problem submit a ticket just give the a new name and they will get it fixed
