Error 114

Has there been a fix for it yet?

Here are the things I have tried:
1) Disabling all antivirus
2) Updating Windows
3) Deleting gameguard folder and starting it again
4) re-installing the game
5) Direct x update

Nothing works for me so far
still trying to find a way to play
