hi guys im newbie, i have installed seal... but when i try to play the autoupdate stuck.. ant then become error Running time!!

I've turned off all my anti virus n firewall..
anyone can help me?? thank you

Hi,
I suggest that you completely un-install your client and then re-install
so that the client will automatically update itself. If you have any other
inquiries you can contact our customer by sending a ticket.

I have the same problem. I start the game already for 20 times and then I always get the error "Failed to download files. Please try again. Behweben as I can this error please help
