many times, after redownloading client, re-installing, everything

Yes, but i mean deleting only the gg file, not the whole game because maybe something is or went corrupt during the download of the whole game, because that's currently the only way to "fix" this issue as there aren't any others available. Only other way out is by installing the game on another computer and copy it over to yours when it runs ok

the first time it was the download file from the other computer over to mine, then i tried downloading from the site directly, still wont work, idk what to do haha

you either go to your rohan folder, delete the game guard folder, restart pc and start client for auto patch, or you go and find a game guard set up file and install it in your game directory (after deleting the previous one if first solution didn't work). If that still didn't work, make sure you don't have any 3rd party programs that collide with it such as ibot and likewise

Try to copy the whole installed game file from another pc instead rather than just the download file. If it works one 1 pc and not on yours, it's most likely a 3rd party program / virusscan/firewall colliding with the gameguard
